For decades, I followed the traditional path of success, working at prestigious law firms and corporations in New York and Connecticut. On paper, I had everything I was “supposed” to want - but inside, I felt stuck in a life that just didn’t feel right. I was unhappy where I was, but my blind spots prevented me from seeing how to move toward a life filled with purpose and meaning while being able to support myself. Staying in that place for too long led to higher stress and anxiety levels and eventually, physical illness. I know what it’s like to be a patient and caregiver simultaneously while navigating obligations of work, finances, and relationships, burning out in the process. I knew there had to be more to life and a better way of being.

My search for something more led me to study Meditation, Reiki, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and other forms of Energy Psychology, Somatic Healing and intuitive energy work. These powerful tools helped me transform my life - and now I utilize them to guide others through their personal blind spots into transformation. 

With over 20 years of experience advising clients, my approach is warm, relatable, and grounded in real results. As a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner, I draw from 48 evidence-based techniques to quickly calm and regulate the nervous system, ease emotional triggers, reduce stress and anxiety, and—over time—rewire neural pathways for lasting behavioral and cognitive transformation. I also weave in practical guidance and intuitive energy reading to create a well-rounded and deeply supportive experience.
