Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), aka Tapping, is a complementary form of energy psychology that combines elements of cognitive and exposure therapy with acupressure, specifically fingertip tapping on at least 13 acupuncture energy meridian points, to relieve stress and desensitize emotional triggers.

During a session, Rebecca will guide you through various tapping, visualization, and breathing techniques to help you release the intensity related to your presented emotional or physical issue.

REIKI and SOUND BOWLS

Reiki and sound bowl healings are ancient healing modalities that help reduce stress, support healthy sleep habits, improve immunity, alleviate anxiety, balance the chakras, and raise the body's frequency to hold more light and opportunity. During a session, Rebecca will utilize traditional Usui, as well as Karuna, Reiki techniques and sound bowls to ground and clear energy for the client’s highest good of peace, alignment, and well-being.

Kill Cravings & Tapping Circle

This tapping circle guides participants through EFT/Tapping, breathing, and visualization techniques to help them relax and reduce the immediate intensity of a specific food craving. Participants work with the food they bring to the session, using tapping to shift the urge in the moment.
