For years, I experienced a level of stress and overwhelm that felt hard to predict—and even harder to manage.


From the outside, my life looked steady.

But internally, something didn’t feel right—and I couldn’t always explain why.


Before becoming a mother, I worked in public health supporting new parents.

I saw how much people carry during this time—and how easily their own needs slip to the bottom of the list.


When I became a parent, that understanding became personal.


The responsibility was constant.

It felt like there was no room to get it wrong.


I did what many people do—I kept going, even when something in me felt off.

Trying to stay present. Stay calm. Stay in control.


But my body wasn’t responding the way I needed it to.


What I came to understand…

…is that this wasn’t something I could think my way out of.


My body was holding onto more than I realized—

built-up stress, unresolved patterns, and a constant sense of alertness that never fully turned off.


When I began using EFT Tapping consistently, things started to shift.

Not all at once—but in a way I could feel.

I felt calmer. More grounded. Less reactive.


I wasn’t bracing for the next moment in the same way.

And over time, I started to feel like myself again.


That’s why I do this work now.


Because I know how real this feels—and how hard it can be to put into words.


I support those navigating stress, overwhelm, and the emotional weight they’re carrying—so they can feel more steady, more supported, and more like themselves again.


Not by pushing through or forcing change—

but by working with the body in a way that can actually allow things to shift.
